Yes! I spend time observing the moon every single day. I first read about doing so in Katie Singer’s book on fertility awareness. Picking up the practice brought my cycle down from 32+ days to 28. And that change happened with no other lifestyle interventions!

Oh wow! I’ve been meaning to get Katie Singer’s book. And I was just moments ago looking at the moon for a little while. Do you find looking at it with the naked eye to be better or is gazing through a window ok? What do you when it’s a cloudy night?

I've been doing this for years now, and I always have a mix of through-window and through-cloud viewing along with my naked eye viewing. For sunshine, it does make a huge difference not to have windows or even eye-glassed between you, but I haven't noticed with the moon. Also, for parts of the month, the moon is out in the day :)

This is fascinating. I have massive front windows in my house, so I’ve been watching the moon rise the past couple nights. Good to know through the window is an option, particularly right now with the cold. And I hadn’t considered daytime viewing as an option, but it *is* there, doing it’s thing. Just noticed that the other day. Thank you, Nikko!
